Kaduna union of teachers protest, destroy government property [PHOTOS]




The Kaduna union of teachers launched a heavy protest today against the sack of over 21,000 teachers by the state government.
The protesters demanded that the government should rescind its decision or have the entire labour force to contend with. Governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-rufai made headlines after ordering the mass sack over the failure of the affected teachers to pass a primary 4 exam

The Commissioner of Police in Imo, Chris Ezike, said he had recommended posthumous promotion for two police officers who died while repelling robbery attack on a branch of Zenith Bank in Imo State.
