CLEAN AIR


When He came in, He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping.” Mark 5:39


Mark 5 is a chapter bursting forth with the tenderness and love of Jesus to those around him. As we strengthen our hearts and build our faith with regard to the concept of divine health and healing, we need to remind ourselves of some realities of our nature as human beings. Notice that in verse 35, people came from a certain Synagogue Ruler’s house to tell of the death of his daughter. Carefully note how Jesus responded: He said to the Ruler,  “don’t be afraid, only believe” (v36). Just like smoke in a room with no windows open, fear suffocates faith and creates an illusion of loss and despair that disconnects us from the flow of God’s Power. To deal with this fear, Jesus did two very important things. First, He carefully picked his “prayer partners”, Peter, James and John (v37). In times of challenge be careful who you allow around you. Let those who you allow access be people of faith and not of fear. People who believe in divine healing, people willing to stay in faith and prayer till the blessings manifest! Secondly, Jesus sent out all the people who were wailing, crying and causing a frenzied commotion. He “purified” the atmosphere so that He could work. (v38-40). Beloved, sickness and disease thrive under a certain atmosphere. Create an atmosphere of panic, fear and apprehension and it suddenly is empowered to further ravage the body, but purify the atmosphere and clear out the foul spirit of fear and see your circumstance change. This is why we must surround ourselves with faith building scriptures, with anointed worship and music, with faith filled friends and associates and be part of a bible based church. Healing is real, and God still heals today, but we need the right atmosphere to draw it all down. So clean up the spiritual air around you and watch your health bounce back. Shalom!

Prayer Confession
In Jesus Name I declare I delight in the word of God. I purge myself of every doubt and unbelief through the blood of Jesus Christ. I clear and clean my life, mind and environment of every foul spirit of fear, anxiety, worry and apprehensions. I fill my life, mind and environment with the spirit of faith, anointed music and faith building associations today and always. Amen.

An helicopter belonging to the Nigerian Military has crashed in Damareia subsurb in Yola, AIT reports online. According to the report, the crash happened near a camp built for internally displaced persons in Yola State. As at the time of compiling this report, the Nigerian Army has not released a statement as regards the helicopter crash. Although the cause of the helicopter is still unknown, it was however gathered that the helicopter was on a patrol when the crash happened. This is happening barely five days after some local fishermen reportedly found parts of  Nigeria Air Force’s Alpha Jet (NAF 466) which disappeared on September 12 , during routine operations in the northern part of Adamawa State in the River Benue. Femi Otedola   FBN Holdings Plc has reacted to media reports that billionaire businessman, Mr Femi Otedola, has acquired a significant shareholding in the company.
